We offer best-in-class security offering a multi-layered approach to ensure there are zero-data leaks and no unauthorized access at any stage of the operations. All data into the system can be uploaded only by the Admin from the Admin Console to a secure server.

Military Grade Data Security with AES 256:

All data once uploaded over the backend is encrypted at rest.
Data when communicating between the server and devices is fully encrypted.
All files on user devices are encrypted and cannot be accessed in any way apart from the app post user authentication

User Authentication:

The eMeetings app can only be accessed post user authentication using Standard UserID + Password based login protocols.
Options for FaceID and biometric authentication can also be made available if prescribe by the organization’s digital security guidelines.

User Authorization:

The user’s access to data from the app is restricted only to the Committees and Meetings assigned to them.
This is managed by the System Admin and ensures users cannot access data of other Committees or Meetings they are not a part of.
This is most applicable for organization with multiple committees, and where there are certain user’s whose role is limited to only certain committees.

Other Security Features:

Device Authorization:

An optional security feature of device mapping can be enabled for organizations where user access to eMeetings has to be limited to authorised devices only.

Remote Data Wipe-off:

eMeetings can also offer an additional feature to remote wipe-off data from the user devices in case of a device lost by the user.
This can also be a useful feature to clear data from a user device once their tenure on the Board has been completed.

No Printing or Copying of Data:

Printing and Copying of all data are blocked at a device level.
In devices where copying cannot be managed at the device, there is an alert sent to the Admin to keep track of such an activity.
